Develops, edits, and proofreads compelling content for print and digital communications across Shriners Children's and Shriners International. Writes features, educational materials, collateral, newsletters, speeches, and scripts; conducts research and interviews; manages complex projects through approvals and production; and coordinates with designers and stakeholders. The Workday Senior Systems Analyst configures, supports, enhances, and optimizes Workday across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and Supply Chain. Responsibilities include designing integrations, configuring business processes, managing security, developing reports, troubleshooting complex issues, supporting releases, documenting solutions, training users, and partnering with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, audit, and IT teams to ensure efficient, secure, and compliant operations.

Provides administrative support to hospital leadership and the Board of Governors. Responsibilities include calendar and travel coordination, meeting planning, minute-taking, correspondence, contract and agreement tracking, report submission, phone support, filing, community events, tours, and directing visitors and families. Maintains confidentiality and coordinates with executive, medical staff, legal, and administrative teams. This is a part-time weekday position.

Performs accounting and clerical support, including cash receipt deposits, invoice preparation, financial transaction reporting, deposit reconciliation, general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end and year-end close assistance. Leads technology staff, develops policies and business cases, evaluates solutions and partners, manages organizational risks, and coordinates technology initiatives across Shriners International and Shriners Children’s.
