Administer and configure Workday HCM, Benefits, Absence, and Compensation modules, with additional support for Workday Financials or Supply Chain Management. Maintain business processes, eligibility rules, validations, reporting structures, and data accuracy; troubleshoot user issues, implement releases and enhancements, and partner with HR leadership and operations.

Provides advanced administrative support to the Director of Ancillary Services and staff. Coordinates calendars, meetings, minutes, appointments, travel, correspondence, presentations, databases, supplies, budgets, service agreements, regulatory requirements, policies, and special projects. The role also resolves administrative issues, improves workflows, supports process redesign, coordinates vendors, and develops administrative staff through coaching and educational opportunities.

Creates and manages system-wide graphic design projects, including marketing collateral, digital and print layouts, campaign materials, presentations, research posters, and photo edits. Maintains brand standards, develops brand assets, coordinates print production and vendor relationships, incorporates stakeholder feedback, and educates staff and vendors on visual identity requirements. Manages multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring accuracy, quality, approvals, and consistent creative execution.

Processes and verifies vendor invoices, check requests, and expense reports from start to finish across multiple entities. Performs complex coding, maintains accounts payable records and spreadsheets, responds to vendor and employee inquiries, and assists Treasury Management by entering daily wires and EFTs for claims, payroll taxes, retirement payments, and hospital drawdowns.

Leads multiple healthcare IT projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, changes, communications, testing, and stakeholder expectations. Coordinates with software vendors including Cerner, monitors project progress and expenditures, facilitates meetings, maintains governance documentation, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope. Mentors employees on project management methodologies and processes.

Plans and executes physician outreach to grow referrals for Shriners Children's. Builds and maintains relationships with referring physicians and healthcare providers, conducts market and referral assessments, evaluates payer opportunities, analyzes provider and clinic activity, and develops strategic referral goals. Tracks physician concerns in CRM systems and coordinates corrective actions with facility and market leaders.

Manages hospital supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory control, storage, receiving, distribution, vendor contracts, capital budgets, GPO compliance, and equipment records. Leads the Supply Chain team, maintains optimal inventory levels, coordinates bids and pricing, oversees local supply functions, and partners with hospital departments and corporate supply chain leadership to implement system-wide improvements.

Manage the hospital’s local supply chain operation, including purchasing services, purchase order authorization, capital requisitions, departmental support, policy implementation, and local product recalls. Serve as backup to the Regional Supply Chain Director while ensuring supply chain processes support hospital operations and patient care.

Develops, edits, and proofreads compelling content for print and digital communications across Shriners Children's and Shriners International. Writes features, educational materials, collateral, newsletters, speeches, and scripts; conducts research and interviews; manages complex projects through approvals and production; and coordinates with designers and stakeholders. Provides strategic messaging input, identifies story opportunities, maintains editorial and brand standards, and supports cross-departmental communications while managing multiple priorities independently.
