Monitors shipment risks and delays, resolves issues, tracks deviations and costs, maintains documentation, and supports process improvements. Works with internal logistics teams, customers, and external partners in a fully onsite New York operations role.

Coordinate domestic and international shipments, customer enquiries, and daily logistics activities. Build customer relationships, understand shipping requirements, develop logistics solutions, and collaborate with logistics partners, agents, suppliers, and global colleagues to ensure efficient delivery of time-critical shipments and high customer satisfaction.
