Role Responsibilities Overview:
- Ensure shipment data is entered accurately and compliantly to enable smooth global transportation
- Coordinate shipments end-to-end, working across internal teams and external partners to deliver on time
- Communicate proactively with customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and enhance their experience
- Monitor and manage shipment execution, identifying risks and acting quickly to resolve delays
- Capture and manage shipment deviations, ensuring transparency of costs and operational impacts
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support compliance and operational excellence
- Support continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and contributing to better processes

What You’ll Bring:
- Proven customer service or client relationship experience
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to resolve issues independently
- Comfortable working with systems (TMS, CRM, MS Office)
- Experience in logistics/freight forwarding within the life sciences / pharmaceutical industry is desirable
- Familiarity with customs, dangerous goods, or shipping compliance would be helpful
