Owns the roadmap, backlog, specifications, and outcomes across CRM, partner products, and revenue enablement tools. Partners with engineering, data, marketing, sales, and compliance while measuring funnel performance, retention, and ROI.

Source, qualify, negotiate with, onboard, and activate partners across the LATAM trading market. The role targets influencers, educators, communities, and agencies through digital outreach and local networks. Responsibilities include presenting partnership models, launching campaigns, tracking partner performance, maintaining CRM records, driving partners to achieve active status through first-time deposits, and handing activated partners to business development managers.

Develops PrimeXBT’s local market presence by identifying and managing IBs, affiliates, traders, and marketing partners. The role owns partner strategy execution, channel performance tracking, ROI optimization, industry and competitor monitoring, and daily relationship management to drive user growth and trading volume. Candidates need at least two years of crypto or CFD business development experience, an existing partner network, strong communication skills, English fluency, spreadsheet proficiency, and reliable remote-work equipment.

Identify and develop regional business opportunities, acquire and manage Introducing Broker and KOL relationships, execute market-specific sales strategies, promote cryptocurrency and CFD trading products, ensure regulatory compliance, report on performance and market trends, and build a local team as needed.

Supports global affiliate, Introducing Broker, influencer, and partnership programs through onboarding processes, partner communications, acquisition campaigns, activation funnels, events, reporting, and enablement materials. Creates playbooks, campaign content, newsletters, landing pages, email sequences, Telegram flows, promotional assets, and educational materials while coordinating partners and internal stakeholders across regions.

Lead crypto-specific growth and strategic partnerships to acquire active traders for a regulated global exchange. Identify and execute low-cost initiatives, monitor crypto market intelligence and competitor activity, develop partnerships with protocols, wallets, media, KOLs and Web3 organizations, and create repeatable growth playbooks. The role influences Marketing, Business Development, Retention, Performance and regional teams without direct authority while reporting priorities, metrics and results to senior leadership.
