The role requires organization, reliability, adaptability to dealership software, and comfort in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is part time, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 3 PM.

Supports dealership back-end operations through new-hire sales training, finance system assistance, Contracts in Transit management, banking relationships, system setup, vendor coordination, compliance documentation, and training-material development. The role maintains platforms including Dealertrack, Tekion, VinSolutions, RouteOne, and Impact while helping dealerships follow documentation and compliance procedures.
