Van Horn Dealer Solutions (VHDS) is seeking a Training and Systems Specialist to support our dealership network by managing and streamlining back-end processes, ensuring our stores can focus on what they do best — selling! This role plays a key part in improving efficiency, supporting finance operations, and ensuring smooth system integrations across multiple platforms.

Conduct foundational new hire sales training
Manage and support Contracts in Transit (CITs)
Maintain and develop banking relationships and ensure proper contract completion
Manage system setups in Dealertrack, Tekion, VinSolutions, RouteOne, Impact, warranty companies, and digital retailing tools
Assist in the development of training materials with the Senior Directors of Variable and Fixed Operations
Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and training/warranty partners
Provide finance system support to dealerships
Update and manage forms and compliance documents across all locations
Ensure adherence to compliance standards and proper documentation procedures
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Qualifications and Experience
Sales experience preferred
Training experience preferred
Valid and active driver’s license required
Experience in dealership operations, F&I, or automotive systems preferred
Strong understanding of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and CRM tools
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related digital platforms
