Develops temperature, airflow, combustion, and safety controls; supports production, new product introduction, testing, validation, and continuous improvement. Creates electrical documentation, integrates sensors and actuators, coordinates with vendors and cross-functional teams, and trains technicians and operators.

Manage sales and business development across the Southwest territory, identifying and closing new opportunities, expanding key accounts, presenting product value, managing the full sales cycle, meeting targets, monitoring market trends, supporting customers, and collaborating with marketing, customer service, and product teams.

Designs, develops, tests, and improves smoker products and components from concept through production. Creates CAD models, engineering drawings, specifications, and BOMs; supports prototyping, NPI, manufacturing troubleshooting, tooling, validation, and regulatory compliance. Collaborates with manufacturing, sourcing, quality, marketing, suppliers, and sales while managing engineering documentation, revision control, ECOs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
