Deacom production and warehouse management; shop floor scanning and labeling; quality and traceability modules; and floor hardware, including scanners, printers, and cycle count drones.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Sit with production, quality, and shipping leadership; document requirements in their language
- Configure Deacom production and warehouse functions: work centers, shop areas, job workflows, and lot labels

- ERP configuration experience in a manufacturing plant, ideally Deacom or a comparable mid-market ERP
- Comfortable spending half a day on a production floor in PPE

- Able to remain calm under a line-down call
Expectations Shared Across the Technology Team:

- Nothing reaches a production system without a second reviewer and a rollback plan
- Anything you own is documented well enough for someone else to run it while you are on vacation
- Cross training with at least one other person on the team, so no system has a single keeper
- Availability for occasional after-hours work during releases and plant events, under a rotation still to be defined
- Travel between Iron Ridge, Main Street, Hartford, Richfield, and eventually West Bend as the role requires
