Provides accounts payable support for property management accounting, including reviewing and coding vendor invoices, entering corporate and intercompany invoices, responding to invoice inquiries, maintaining vendor accounts, processing vendor payments and tenant deposit refunds, and assisting with special projects.

Manages full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding, and talent development. Builds relationships with hiring managers and leadership, develops workforce planning and retention strategies, manages recruitment vendors, supports employee relations and career mapping, ensures hiring compliance, and represents the company’s employer brand. The role also leads assessments, professional development initiatives, and specialized or leadership talent pipelines.
