Coordinate Zayo Europe's compliance framework, Integrated Management System, ISO certifications, regulatory obligations, audits, controls, evidence, risks, findings, and corrective actions. Maintain policies, procedures, registers, and assurance documentation while supporting customer and supplier compliance activities. Provide guidance to process owners, prepare governance reporting and KPIs, support compliance awareness, and collaborate with Legal, Operations, Engineering, Security, Procurement, Facilities, and Customer Service. The role reports to the Director of Compliance and supervises day-to-day support for a Compliance Associate.

Own the end-to-end lifecycle, strategy, roadmap, monetization, and delivery of fibre products. Gather customer and market insights, define requirements and metrics, guide cross-functional development, support go-to-market teams, and collaborate with operations, engineering, architecture, marketing, and customers to launch innovative telecommunications services.

Drive revenue growth and strategic relationships with data centre operators and managed service providers. Develop account plans, identify connectivity opportunities, negotiate contracts, close deals, manage resale and technology partnerships, and lead co-selling activities. Own customer revenue streams, minimize churn, analyze markets, collaborate cross-functionally, and report on sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs.

Processes high-volume, multi-currency supplier invoices, refunds, and credit notes; verifies approvals; reconciles supplier accounts; resolves invoice queries; coordinates with the Payment Team; and supports audits. The coordinator also contributes to process-improvement projects, manages confidential information, and works collaboratively while maintaining accuracy, organization, and efficiency during month-end periods.

Develop and manage Zayo’s European agent sales channel program from inception through go-to-market execution. Build relationships with Master and Sub-Agents, generate new business, expand existing accounts, support proposals and sales processes, forecast opportunities, track performance in CRM tools, and achieve revenue targets. The role requires autonomous enterprise solution selling, strong channel relationships, financial acumen, and collaboration across departments.

Provide technical leadership for Zayo’s packet product portfolio, shaping roadmap input, network architecture, technology adoption, product cost optimization, technical standards, release delivery, and operational readiness. Support complex customer solutions, provide Tier 4 guidance, create technical playbooks and procedures, train Operations teams, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Finance, and commercial stakeholders.

Provides first-line support for dark fibre and optical transport networks in a 24x7 NOC. Responsibilities include fault triage, ticket ownership, service restoration, alarm monitoring, OTDR and optical test analysis, service turn-up, circuit validation, customer communication, data centre coordination, and operational reporting. The role collaborates with field engineers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams while supporting change management, service assurance, and compliance activities.

Sell connectivity and communications infrastructure services to dormant, prospective, and new-logo accounts across Germany. Build customer relationships, execute go-to-market plans focused on capital markets and financial services, meet revenue targets, forecast opportunities, and report sales activity in Salesforce. Coordinate with internal teams to maintain customer satisfaction and revenue objectives while working autonomously and collaboratively.

Performs month-end close, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting support. Investigates issues across teams, supports asset-backed securitization transactions, improves accounting processes, meets close deadlines, and trains junior staff. Requires strong GAAP knowledge, analytical abilities, communication, and collaboration skills, with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365. Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, OneStream, or telecommunications is advantageous.

Lead complex, high-value deals from bid through approval, negotiation, and contract execution. Develop commercial structures, pricing strategies, financial models, and competitive positioning while managing risk, governance, and profitability. Coordinate Sales, Legal, Product, Operations, Pre-Sales, and Finance stakeholders, drive bid management and decision-making, and conduct post-deal reviews to improve win rates and execution. The role requires telecom knowledge, strong commercial and financial acumen, and senior stakeholder influence.
