Develop and manage Zayo’s European agent sales channel program from inception through go-to-market execution. Support complex customer solutions, provide Tier 4 guidance, create technical playbooks and procedures, train Operations teams, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Finance, and commercial stakeholders.

Assigns and routes customer care cases across multiple queues, verifies documentation and categorization, prioritizes work according to SLAs and service quality, and escalates issues when necessary. Coordinates daily with managers to ensure accurate case assignment and meets defined service-level requirements. The role requires French fluency, strong communication and organization, troubleshooting ability, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of telecommunications products.

Provides first-line support for dark fibre and optical transport networks in a 24x7 NOC. Responsibilities include fault triage, ticket ownership, service restoration, alarm monitoring, OTDR and optical test analysis, service turn-up, circuit validation, customer communication, data centre coordination, and operational reporting. The role collaborates with field engineers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams while supporting change management, service assurance, and compliance activities.

Lead market growth and revenue strategies across Germany and other European markets. Identify network investment opportunities, build strategic partnerships with data centres, cloud providers, carriers, government, and real estate organizations, and support complex solution sales. Drive deal pursuits, RFPs, proposals, negotiations, pipeline development, sales enablement, pricing strategies, and programmatic revenue initiatives while engaging senior executives and managing activity through Salesforce.

Own the commercial success and lifecycle of Zayo Europe’s Packet portfolio, including roadmap input, P&L targets, pricing, peering strategy, customer engagement, and product delivery. Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and global teams to build business cases, enable sales, support complex deals, execute campaigns, and drive adoption. Define product metrics, analyze commercial data, and improve outcomes through measurable results.

Sell connectivity and communications infrastructure services to dormant, prospective, and new-logo accounts across Germany. Build customer relationships, execute go-to-market plans focused on capital markets and financial services, meet revenue targets, forecast opportunities, and report sales activity in Salesforce. Coordinate with internal teams to maintain customer satisfaction and revenue objectives while working autonomously and collaboratively.

Performs month-end close, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting support. Investigates issues across teams, supports asset-backed securitization transactions, improves accounting processes, meets close deadlines, and trains junior staff. Requires strong GAAP knowledge, analytical abilities, communication, and collaboration skills, with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365. Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, OneStream, or telecommunications is advantageous.

Lead complex, high-value deals from bid through approval, negotiation, and contract execution. Develop commercial structures, pricing strategies, financial models, and competitive positioning while managing risk, governance, and profitability. Coordinate Sales, Legal, Product, Operations, Pre-Sales, and Finance stakeholders, drive bid management and decision-making, and conduct post-deal reviews to improve win rates and execution. The role requires telecom knowledge, strong commercial and financial acumen, and senior stakeholder influence.
