Develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, triggers, asynchronous operations, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components. Build REST and SOAP integrations, translate business requirements into secure architectures, troubleshoot Salesforce applications, and collaborate with admins, architects, and stakeholders. Apply version control, deployment, testing, and Salesforce best practices while staying current with platform releases.

Supports business analysis across projects by scoping initiatives, structuring backlogs, analyzing stakeholders and processes, eliciting requirements, documenting as-is and to-be states, and creating user stories. Participates in Agile ceremonies and collaborates with clients, product owners, and development teams. The role requires Salesforce knowledge, familiarity with Agile and Scrum, and experience using requirements-gathering and process-mapping tools such as Jira and Lucidchart.

Lead multiple Salesforce client projects from planning through go-live using hybrid Agile methodologies. Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, margins, resources, scope, risks, change requests, governance, and deployments. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, maintain project plans and RAID logs, monitor JIRA user stories, report status, approve invoices, review SOWs and change orders, and communicate with customer executives. Establish project management standards, mentor junior managers, and oversee distributed teams.
