The Xperince1st Senior Project Manager is central to delivering successful Salesforce projects and results to our external clients. You will manage our internal project team members to drive Xperince1st’s client projects forward to a successful Go Live. Our Senior Project Managers also play a crucial role in defining, implementing, and enforcing Project Management standards within our professional services organization.
The ideal candidate must be effective in managing multiple fast-paced engagements while establishing trusted partner relationships with Xperince1st's customers. You will deliver projects using Xperince1st's methodologies and governance practices, demonstrating exemplary communication skills with external clients at all levels, including executives. You will work closely with clients to translate project objectives into achievable timelines using a hybrid Agile Scrum methodology, ensuring they achieve value from their Salesforce investment. Understanding their business goals, pain points, and definition of success is key.

Primary Responsibilities:
Drive projects using a hybrid agile methodology, focusing on release planning, user story grooming/estimation, sprint stand-ups/retrospectives, and release deployment.
Manage project functions including scheduling, resource management, budgets, project margin, compliance, hours approval, and timelines.
Exercise project control to manage task completion, contain scope, execute change requests, and mitigate risks.
Guide the organization in Project Management best practices and mentor junior Project Managers.
Deliver project tasks throughout the lifecycle, such as creating and managing project plans.
Manage and monitor ongoing work on user stories (e.g., in JIRA).
Create and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and resource plans/schedules.
Monitor project burn rates, track utilization, and manage capacity.
Create and distribute status update reports.
Serve as the primary contact for project budget, timeline, scope management, and escalations.
Lead recurring project management and Scrum meetings.
Manage project risks (track RAID log) and communicate them to stakeholders.
Additional Project Duties:
Prepare for meetings (agenda, logistics, resource assignment).
Communicate action items and next steps post-meeting.
Partner with project leadership to establish sprint schedules and create summary reports.
Establish deployment plans (schedule, sequence).
Provide end-to-end project oversight.
Review/complete project setup and go-live checklists.
Review and approve invoices, auditing for accuracy.
Create and update project and resource forecasts.
Review SOWs and Change Orders, collaborating with Directors and Sales as needed.
Manage and delegate work to the project team.
Manage conflicts with internal and external teams.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of implementing software technology solutions as a Project Manager.
3+ years working in the Salesforce ecosystem, preferably in the Salesforce partner ecosystem.
2+ years of Agile (or Agile/Waterfall Hybrid) experience as a project or program leader.
4+ years of experience working for a professional services or consulting firm delivering projects to external customers.
Demonstrated project leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget, and schedule.
Strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven history of delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget.
Ability to successfully manage and communicate with a remote distributed team.
Willingness to adapt work hours based on project needs, potentially including non-traditional business hours relevant to the GCC/North Africa regions.
Strong preference for experience in the Salesforce Or Genesys ecosystems
