Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, variance analysis, dashboards, scenario analysis, and strategic finance partnership. The role supports operational leaders with performance insights, investment and pricing evaluations, cost-saving opportunities, and data-driven recommendations. It also improves FP&A processes, reporting automation, planning methodologies, and financial systems while partnering with Accounting and cross-functional teams. The manager is expected to communicate effectively with financial and non-financial stakeholders and may mentor financial analysts.

Coordinate warehouse workflow by assigning and balancing workloads across zones, prioritizing inbound and outbound shipments, monitoring work queues, processing shipping and receiving paperwork in JDA, auditing documents, communicating with carriers and customer service, and resolving order shorts or cuts to maintain safe, accurate, timely product flow.

Administers comprehensive human resources programs, including employee relations, benefits, workers’ compensation, compensation, recruiting, training, labor relations, compliance, and performance management. Advises managers on HR policies, employment law, discipline, and workplace practices. Maintains personnel records, employee handbooks, regulatory filings, budgets, and required reports. The role is fully on-site Monday through Friday and supports recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, unemployment claims, and special HR projects.
