Manage end-to-end, high-volume recruitment for retail store roles across India, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding follow-up, and candidate engagement. Partner with regional and store stakeholders, maintain talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, manage ATS data, track recruitment KPIs, and provide hiring market insights.

Executes digital marketing campaigns across search, social, display, email, WhatsApp, and push notification channels. Manages social media profiles, creates content, engages followers, and analyzes performance. Optimizes PPC campaigns, website traffic, conversions, and customer retention efforts using analytics and market research. Collaborates with creative and content teams, maintains brand consistency, and recommends current digital marketing tools and trends.

Oversee regional retail marketing campaigns across 30–40 stores to increase sales, footfall, brand awareness, and profitability. Lead new store launch and growth campaigns, analyze customer and sales data, improve underperforming stores, manage vendors and agencies, maintain brand consistency, guide marketing executives, and control regional marketing budgets. The role requires retail marketing, ATL and BTL strategy, market research, customer segmentation, loyalty and retention knowledge, media planning, and activation experience.
