Manage end-to-end HR operations, including attendance, leave, payroll coordination, benefits, statutory compliance, onboarding, training, performance management, employee engagement, grievances, HR policies, HRMS data, QMS audits, and process improvement. Supports industrial R&D by developing and validating analytical and numerical models for electro-mechanical systems. Responsibilities include formulating engineering equations, conducting MATLAB-based simulations and data analysis, validating models against experimental data, optimizing parameters, deriving performance-prediction algorithms, and documenting results. Requires applied mathematics education and strong knowledge of linear algebra, calculus, differential equations, numerical methods, optimization, and data fitting. Python proficiency and control theory exposure are preferred.

Design mechanical products and customized solutions from concept through manufacturing. Use SOLIDWORKS and PDM, interpret engineering drawings, apply GD&T, design fixtures, evaluate materials and manufacturing processes, and support CNC machining applications. Prepare documentation, DFMEA reviews, validation activities, and design-for-manufacturing and assembly work. Perform basic optimization and FEA analysis, conduct research and data analysis, and communicate designs through reports and presentations.

Conduct mechanical engineering research and development involving mechanical concepts, engineering algorithms, fixture stress and strain analysis, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, experiments, technical evaluations, and product testing. Prepare technical reports, publish research findings, and collaborate with design and cross-functional engineering teams to support product innovation and improvement.
