Manage the full IT recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and recruitment strategies, maintain candidate records and recruitment metrics in an ATS, promote employer branding, and monitor industry trends and talent acquisition best practices.

Manage telecom infrastructure programs from planning through delivery, testing, and operational handoff. Coordinate network engineering teams, vendors, ISPs, and field technicians; oversee circuit procurement, provisioning, upgrades, migrations, and reliability initiatives. Track risks, milestones, vendor performance, and service levels. Create project plans, dashboards, KPI reports, and executive summaries using advanced Excel and visualization tools. Manage multiple concurrent projects, stakeholder communications, escalations, and cross-time-zone coordination.

Lead presales technical engagements for software-defined infrastructure and multi-vendor data center solutions. Assess customer requirements, design solution architectures, prepare technical proposals and RFP responses, deliver presentations, and support account planning. Coordinate with sales, professional services, customers, and OEM partners from concept through implementation. Address technical satisfaction issues, develop recovery plans, identify new solution opportunities, maintain advanced certifications, and stay current with infrastructure and cloud technologies.
