We are seeking an experienced Telecom Project Manager to manage telecom infrastructure initiatives, network circuit delivery, and operational network programs. The role will focus on end-to-end project execution, vendor coordination, circuit delivery management, and reporting for infrastructure programs supporting site launches and network reliability initiatives (KTLO).
The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, telecom infrastructure knowledge, vendor management experience, advanced data analysis capabilities, and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Lead and manage telecom infrastructure projects from planning through delivery and testing.
Manage Plan of Record (POR) site launch projects, ensuring timely delivery of WAN circuits.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and milestone tracking.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including network engineering, operations, vendors, and ISPs.
Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers.
Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and quality standards.
Manage end-to-end circuit procurement, provisioning, and delivery lifecycle.
Execute infrastructure projects, including:
Ring Topology Conversion
Circuit Capacity Upgrades
Fixed Wireless to Fiber Migration
Single Point of Failure (SPoF) mitigation
Support network expansion initiatives and infrastructure upgrades.
Ensure testing, validation, and handover of delivered circuits to operations teams.
Act as the primary point of contact for telecom vendors and ISPs.
Manage vendor engagement, coordination, and escalation processes.
Track vendor deliverables and ensure service level compliance.
Coordinate field technician activities and installation schedules.
Conduct proactive follow-ups with vendors to ensure timely project completion.
Track project performance metrics and circuit delivery milestones.
Maintain accurate documentation for circuit orders, vendor coordination, and project records.
Generate project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level summaries.
Support monthly operational and business reviews.
Ensure effective data management and reporting practices.
7+ years of telecom or network infrastructure project management experience
Experience managing North America telecom infrastructure programs
Proven experience managing multiple concurrent infrastructure projects
Experience in vendor management and telecom service provider coordination
Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
Advanced Excel skills (Mandatory) including:
Pivot Tables
VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
Data analysis and reporting
Strong data management and reporting skills
Experience creating dashboards using Tableau or Amazon QuickSight
Ability to generate executive-level reports and KPI tracking dashboards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Mandatory)
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong follow-up, coordination, and escalation management skills
Experience coordinating teams across multiple time zones
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

- Hands-on experience with DIA, ILL, and EPL products is an added advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Basic/Intermediate level).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience, with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in project coordination.
