Provides technical leadership, documentation, knowledge transfer, risk management, and stakeholder support while collaborating with project teams to deliver solutions on schedule.

Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts, drive new business, achieve revenue and profitability targets, and lead complex consultative sales cycles. Develop account and territory strategies, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, present tailored AV and IT solutions, prepare proposals and RFP responses, negotiate contracts, and coordinate delivery, invoicing, and collections. Mentor junior sales staff, develop partner relationships, and provide market intelligence.

Prepares implementation-ready Low-Level Design documentation for network infrastructure, ELV systems, and AV solutions. Converts approved High-Level Designs into detailed technical documentation, coordinates with MEP and RCP teams, validates Bills of Materials, and supports deployment teams during implementation.

Drive regional sales growth for AV, IT infrastructure, unified communications, and managed services solutions. Develop regional strategies, acquire and grow enterprise accounts, manage sales pipelines and forecasts, lead complex solution sales, negotiate commercial agreements, and build channel partnerships. Coordinate with presales, delivery, service, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction, profitability, collections, and successful post-sale execution. Monitor market trends, mentor sales staff, and represent the organization at industry events.

Manages and supports enterprise data center infrastructure, including VMware virtualization, networking, firewalls, servers, storage, backups, and monitoring. Performs troubleshooting, root cause analysis, patching, upgrades, security and change-management activities, documentation, disaster recovery exercises, and L2/L3 incident support. Coordinates with vendors, participates in maintenance and rotational on-call shifts, and helps maintain high availability, performance, and security of mission-critical systems.

Design and own end-to-end networking and IT security solutions from opportunity qualification through deployment. Engage customers, assess requirements, architect network and security frameworks, build accurate OEM-specific Bills of Material, create proposals, defend technical solutions, and coordinate with implementation teams. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers, advising on technology trade-offs, and staying current with networking and cybersecurity advancements.

Provides second-level technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, network connectivity, and end-user issues. Manages helpdesk tickets, troubleshoots and repairs computing devices, installs and configures software, maintains hardware inventory, documents solutions, and delivers technical training. Assists with technology standards and independently resolves complex support problems while escalating issues when necessary.
