Oversee accounting operations, implement financial systems and processes, prepare and analyze financial statements, conduct audits, manage tax and regulatory compliance, advise on GST, TDS, and TCS, prepare government submissions, and manage the complete financial process.

The role partners with plant, project, and operations teams to ensure timely material availability and cost-effective production support.

Leads capital purchasing, RFQs, supplier negotiations, contracting, vendor development, and supplier performance management. Partners with plant and operations leaders to align technical and production requirements, deploy purchasing strategies, monitor budgets and savings, and improve procurement processes. Sources cost-saving consumables, ensures timely material availability, oversees the purchasing department, and develops departmental policies and procedures.
