Designs and implements Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Engagement solutions. Manage firewall policies, VPNs, routing, SD-WAN, Azure and hybrid networking, audits, access reviews, logging, configuration drift, and compliance evidence. Handle incidents, changes, requests, and problems through ServiceNow while partnering with security, cloud, infrastructure, and operations teams. Develop Python automation, documentation, standards, and durable fixes for recurring network and firewall issues.

Leads PCI-DSS compliance engagements, cyber risk and digital compliance assessments, vulnerability evaluations, and cloud security advisory services. Produces ROC, SAQ, and client-facing reports; advises on payment systems, security controls, governance, and remediation. Supports business development, manages client relationships, coaches team members, develops security policies and technical controls, and contributes to the growth of the PCI practice, including AI tool adoption.

Conduct U.S. corporate tax engagements, including tax planning, compliance, tax-return preparation, and tax research. Prepare federal, state, domestic, and international entity returns; compute taxes; create journal entries; and provide bookkeeping support. Assist with acquisition due diligence and financial modeling, review legal documents, collaborate with clients and engagement teams, and improve work processes.

Supports client-facing digital transformation engagements through business analysis, stakeholder interviews, workshops, process modeling, requirements definition, data and cost-benefit analysis, digital maturity assessments, business cases, vendor evaluation frameworks, roadmaps, proposals, and client-ready presentations. Tracks project plans, risks, budgets, timelines, and deliverables while collaborating with advisory, product, engineering, and data teams.

Supports technology program operations through tracker maintenance, reporting, documentation, invoicing, licensing, ticket tracking, user access administration, vendor coordination, knowledgebase updates, automation monitoring, troubleshooting, and data migration activities. Ensures recurring processes follow established standards and remain accurate, timely, and consistent across multiple systems and business applications.
