Make an impact as we look to strengthen our Digital Advisory practice as an Analyst. This opportunity is a client‑facing business analyst role supporting MNP Digital partners and managers in delivering digital transformation engagements across Canada. The role blends strong business analysis, stakeholder facilitation, and clear documentation with the technical fluency needed to collaborate with advisory, product, engineering, and data teams. Analysts research, analyze, and structure insights into client‑ready deliverables—working directly with senior leaders including CIOs, CFOs, COOs, and business owners. Typical outputs include digital maturity assessments, technology and data analyses, AI use‑case business cases, process documentation, vendor evaluation frameworks, and strategic roadmaps and recommendations.

• Responsible for the delivery of expert digital consulting services to a wide range of MNP's clients including developing:
  
• Digital Transformation Strategies and Business Cases
  
• Digital and Innovation Readiness Assessments and Implementation Plans
  
• Data Governance Assessments and Roadmaps
  
• Providing expert advice in the areas of:
  
• Digital Business Alignment and Enablement
  
• Technology Enabled Process Redesign
  
• Business Assessments and Technology Selection
  
• Work with MNP Partners from all lines of service (MNP Digital, Consulting, Accounting and Assurance) to lead and enable business development activities and initiate and evolve new digital technology service offerings  
  
• Project manage and execute client engagements through the provision of client services including planning, budgeting, scheduling and coordinating engagements 
  

• Work collaboratively with clients to identify business opportunities including defining root cause of issues and developing innovation solutions that achieve client outcomes
  
• Coach and mentor team resources to advance team member skills, promote a balanced lifestyle and a high standard of team wellness
  
• Promote MNP through the delivery of presentations, writing articles, facilitating workshops or participating in community activities and raise awareness of MNP through discussions at community events including client and company sponsored functions
  
• Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses and industry
  
• Active involvement in the business and IT business community to build a relationship network
  
• Provide leadership and subject matter experience in proposal development and solution design
  
• Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches in order to improve work processes
  

Skills and Experience

·       Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in business, technology, engineering or other related field; MBA from a recognized institution is strongly preferred

·       6-10 years of experience within a business environment focused on gaining an increasing understanding of the linkages between organizational strategy and operational practices including people and process aspects

·       Completion of additional certifications (e.g. CPA, CMC, PMP, Prince2, CBAP, Agile, CISSP, TOGAF, ITIL) are considered an asset

·       Strong financial and analytical capability and a desire to advance assessment skills

·       Passion for innovation and application of digital tools to solve complex business problems

·       Experience in project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, decision making, documentation, managing client expectations, project profitability and team leadership

·       Professional experience in the areas of:

o   Digital Technology Strategy and Planning

o   Business Alignment and Enablement

o   Business and Technology Reviews and Transformation

o   Project Management

·       Experience in proposal development

·       A developed network within the business and IT community is considered a strong asset
