Manage academic delivery, college operations, student success, stakeholder relationships, admissions execution, placement support, and escalations across partner colleges. Track attendance, engagement, retention, satisfaction, and program quality metrics; coordinate faculty, classrooms, LMS, and academic tools; support admissions campaigns and career readiness; mentor junior staff; and improve processes and reporting. The role is fully on-site in Mumbai with weekday work and first and third Saturdays.

Manages operations, academic quality, student success, examinations, placement enablement, and performance across partner colleges. Counsels prospective students on digital marketing programs, assesses their goals, recommends suitable courses, and manages relationships with students and parents. Converts inquiries into admissions through consultative selling, follow-ups, CRM management, and walk-in interactions. Supports admissions and marketing teams in meeting enrollment targets, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining positive student communication and experiences.

Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms. Create content concepts, hooks, scripts, captions, campaigns, and creator-style short-form content. Manage content calendars, coordinate with designers, editors, creators, and production teams, participate in shoots, track performance metrics, analyze trends and audience behavior, and optimize content for reach, engagement, watch time, and brand growth.

Manage and grow Instagram and Facebook presence, execute social media campaigns, create posts, stories, reels, and copy, monitor engagement trends, and support digital marketing initiatives. Collaborate with marketing, video, and cross-functional teams to coordinate content execution. Contribute creative ideas, follow social media trends, and assist with trend-based campaigns while taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Build, optimize, and maintain CRM workflows and business automations using platforms such as Zoho CRM, LeadSquared, Salesforce, Make, and n8n. Manage API, webhook, and system integrations; create dashboards and reports; ensure data accuracy; troubleshoot failures; document workflows; and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to implement process improvements.

The Data Analyst maintains accurate data across CRMs and spreadsheets, builds reports and dashboards, investigates discrepancies, and develops scalable data models and database schemas. The role creates and monitors ETL pipelines using SQL, Python, and orchestration tools; integrates systems through APIs and webhooks; performs advanced data analysis; and translates business requirements into automated solutions. The position requires cross-functional collaboration, strong data governance, and reliable reporting.

Lead a team responsible for the organization’s centralized data architecture, databases, integrations, automation workflows, data pipelines, reporting, and AI-assisted systems. Design scalable data models, optimize SQL, build reliable pipelines using Python and orchestration tools, integrate platforms through APIs, and create trusted dashboards and KPIs. Own system reliability, documentation, monitoring, and continuous improvement while translating business needs into scalable technical solutions and mentoring team members.
