Leads the design, piloting, implementation, and scaling of education reform interventions supporting teachers, school leaders, and academic officials. Provide strategic Hindi language and literacy expertise from foundational learning through Grade 8. The role shapes curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, teacher development, and academic quality; reviews learning resources; supports large-scale education reform; engages government stakeholders; advises on system strengthening; and contributes to research, policy engagement, professional development, and external partnerships.

Lead academic content design, teacher and school-leader capacity building, field validation, and delivery quality for the PM SHRI programme across Madhya Pradesh. The role includes creating contextualized learning resources, facilitating workshops, mentoring field teams and selected schools, monitoring implementation data, collaborating with MEL teams, documenting learnings, and supporting project planning and course correction.

Lead implementation of school-improvement initiatives across assigned Madhya Pradesh districts and schools. Coordinate with government officials, teachers, school leaders, internal teams, and external experts; conduct school visits, observations, training, and review meetings; maintain work plans and tracking systems; use data to identify gaps and corrective actions; support evaluation, documentation, capacity building, and sustainable government partnerships.
