- Lead the design and development of academic and leadership content (English / Hindi / Pedagogy as applicable), including toolkits, training modules, school leader journeys, teacher support resources, and session plans.
- Design structured learning journeys for school leaders and teachers, grounded in NEP 2020, NCF 2023, NIPUN Bharat, and PM SHRI guiding principles.
- Prototype content through iterative field cycles, gather feedback from district teams, school leaders, teachers, and refine materials for scale.
- Develop high-quality, culturally contextualised resources (print, digital, AV), ensuring pedagogical rigour, classroom usability, and implementation coherence.
- Work closely with the Content team and PMU to align content design with programme strategy, timelines, and implementation needs.
- Facilitate workshops, orientations, PLCs, Academic Samvaad sessions, and mentoring sessions for school leaders, teachers, district officials, and internal teams.
- Guide Senior Project Associates and Project Associates on academic processes, facilitation techniques, content usage, and field implementation planning.
- Strengthen academic delivery by building shared language and understanding across district teams and school networks.
- Support development of model demonstration practices for processes such as Morning Meetings, Circle Time, Dakshta-aligned classroom practices, and reflective dialogue.
- Conduct regular school visits to validate academic content, observe classroom processes, model pedagogy, and support reflective practice.
- Provide high-touch academic mentoring to 5 identified PM SHRI Schools, including co-planning, classroom demonstrations, and teacher support.
- Capture insights from the field and feed them back into content design, planning cycles, and programme strategy.
- Document field learnings, case studies, and success stories for programme improvement and communication.
- Provide academic leadership to district teams, ensuring consistent content usage, accurate messaging, and high-quality delivery.
- Support development of work plans, delivery calendars, and progress tracking systems for academic processes.
- Review CRO journals, visit data, and district team reflections to identify trends, gaps, and action points.
- Collaborate with the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) team to improve tools, observation formats, and evidence collection for academic processes.
- Ensure timely course correction based on data and field evidence.
- Educational Background: Postgraduate degree in Education, English, Hindi, or related discipline.
- Work Experience: 8-10 years of experience in educational content development, teacher training, academic design, or capacity building.
- Experience working with government school systems or large-scale education reforms preferred.
- Classroom teaching or school leadership experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong pedagogical knowledge and ability to design academic content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Hindi).
- Strong facilitation skills with comfort in leading diverse groups.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and guide field teams.
- Willingness to travel about 10 days per month across districts.
