Designs and operates GCP or AWS infrastructure for AI, geospatial, and data-intensive workloads. Builds CI/CD pipelines, manages Docker and Kubernetes environments, supports ML training and inference, optimizes cloud costs, and maintains data pipeline infrastructure. Manage project budgets, donor fund tracking, grant reporting, statutory compliance, payroll, vendor payments, reconciliations, audits, and financial reporting. The role also supports grant and consultancy documentation, cross-functional coordination, process creation, automation, digital improvements, and financial data management using Zoho Books, Excel, and Google Workspace. Candidates should have relevant finance experience, strong knowledge of Indian compliance requirements, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Support CEEW’s Outreach team with social media management, trend research, post writing, live tweeting, creative design, newsletters, audience organisation, digital engagement ideas, and event support. The role requires strong storytelling, design, digital communications, English writing, attention to detail, collaboration, project management, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Design visual collateral for research, publications, campaigns, events, social media, and digital platforms. Create publication layouts, infographics, static and animated assets, templates, and event branding while maintaining institutional brand consistency. Collaborate with research, editorial, digital, web, and outreach teams, manage design requests end-to-end, support basic motion graphics, coordinate with vendors, maintain asset archives, and integrate AI into creative workflows.

Support administrative digital transformation by identifying inefficient processes and implementing AI-powered tools, automated workflows, dashboards, trackers, and documentation systems. Responsibilities include researching automation platforms, integrating solutions with existing systems, developing SOPs and user guides, training staff, monitoring effectiveness, ensuring data confidentiality and accuracy, and collaborating across departments to improve operational efficiency.

Supports CEEW’s publications and communications through proofreading, copyediting, visual design, illustration, infographics, presentation decks, asset organisation, workflow coordination, and design research. The intern helps maintain editorial and brand consistency, researches communication trends and audience engagement, and assists with proposals and concept notes. The role is hybrid in New Delhi and lasts three months.

Manages end-to-end HR operations, including employee records, documentation, onboarding, exits, payroll and benefits support, HR reporting, MIS, recruitment coordination, policy updates, compliance, vendor management, and employee issue resolution. Owns the Zoho HR platform, analyzes employee data, develops dashboards, automates processes, and recommends system and workflow improvements.

Conduct research on green economy markets, policies, and ecosystems; support website and LinkedIn editorial management; and translate research and programme outputs into engaging digital content, presentations, briefing materials, events collateral, and fundraising assets. The role requires strong writing, editorial judgment, visual communication skills, stakeholder collaboration, content performance monitoring, and independent management of multiple deliverables.
