Leads end-to-end Symphony implementation projects, managing plans, timelines, budgets, scope, quality, stakeholders, client communications, issue resolution, and post-go-live transitions. Coordinates cross-functional teams, identifies change requests, supports process improvements, monitors functional defects, reports project status, and trains team members. Requires extensive experience delivering complex fixed-price ERP, CRM, or SCM implementations within matrixed organizations.

Design, develop, configure, customize, and deploy Salesforce workflows, interfaces, integrations, APIs, SSO, and community portals. Gather client requirements, translate them into scalable solutions, troubleshoot production issues, support data migration and security, create technical documentation, and coordinate with QA, project management, developers, and clients to deliver projects on time.
