Design and coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire-fighting systems for residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. The role supports management decision-making through accurate, actionable information and requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Manages client relationships throughout project delivery, provides progress updates, resolves concerns, gathers satisfaction feedback, and coordinates with project teams. The role supports project execution, investigates complaints, trains team members in customer service, and tracks customer satisfaction KPIs such as NPS and churn to identify improvement opportunities.

Capture professional DSLR footage and manage post-production, including color grading, sound design, graphics, motion elements, file organization, and archiving. Collaborate with social media, design, and architecture teams to create visually compelling content aligned with a luxury architecture brand and current platform trends.
