Oversee end-to-end warehouse and supply chain operations, including inventory planning, receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, transportation coordination, vendor management, KPI monitoring, cost control, WMS/ERP implementation, compliance, data analysis, and continuous improvement. Lead warehouse teams, train staff, and collaborate with procurement, sales, logistics, and operations teams to improve efficiency and align supply chain execution with business goals.
