Provides technical production support for Java-based applications and composition engines. Troubleshoots incidents, performs root cause and log analysis, develops code fixes, monitors application and infrastructure health, documents outages and resolution playbooks, and communicates status to business and management. Execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital channels, ABM, webinars, events, email, and marketing automation. Coordinate campaign calendars, content, design, SEO, web, and stakeholder deliverables. Track leads, attribution, conversion, and campaign performance using CRM and analytics platforms. Support product launches, sales enablement, customer stories, market research, competitor analysis, and continuous campaign optimization for SaaS solutions serving the BFSI sector.

Manage multiple software development and integration projects from scoping through delivery, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and within scope. Coordinate developers, designers, QA engineers, technical writers, clients, vendors, and business stakeholders. Oversee SDLC activities, Agile and Scrum practices, resource planning, project schedules, status reporting, risk mitigation, cost reviews, deliverable signoffs, and production planning. Facilitate project planning sessions and communicate progress to senior leadership.

Develop and maintain Java applications across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, coding, debugging, testing, release, and production support.
