Builds partnerships with STEM employers, aligns candidates with technical roles, organizes technical training and recruitment events, coordinates interviews and placements, tracks outcomes, supports internships and research opportunities, and collaborates with academic teams to keep curricula aligned with industry needs.

Oversee regional operations across training centers, ensuring program delivery, compliance, performance, and operational efficiency. Lead center managers, trainers, placement teams, and regional staff while managing recruitment, retention, and development. Coordinate with clients, government bodies, CSR partners, and stakeholders; monitor mobilization, enrollment, training, and placement outcomes. Prepare MIS reports and dashboards, track KPIs, resolve escalations, support audits, and identify regional expansion opportunities.

Manages technical trainers, training schedules, venues, logistics, curriculum development, quality assurance, stakeholder relationships, budgets, and performance reporting. The role also identifies participant training needs, minimizes dropouts, profiles students for job readiness, and supports placement drives and interview attendance.

Prepares recurring and ad hoc MIS reports, Excel or Google Sheets dashboards, and presentation summaries. Manages project databases, master data, documentation, access controls, and audit evidence while protecting personal information. Coordinates with field teams, trainers, project leadership, and partners to resolve data issues, identify risks, and improve reporting processes.

Facilitates employment, apprenticeship, and internship placements for learners by engaging employers, sourcing and verifying opportunities, preparing candidates, coordinating recruitment activities, tracking joining and retention, maintaining placement documentation, and reporting outcomes. The role also provides counseling, supports employer and learner relationships, safeguards candidate information, and coordinates with trainers and programme teams to address skill gaps and improve placement success.
