- Oversee end-to-end operations of training centers within the assigned region.
- Ensure smooth execution of skilling and education programs as per organizational guidelines.
- Monitor center performance, attendance, infrastructure, compliance, and documentation.
- Drive operational efficiency and process adherence across all centers.
- Lead and manage Center Managers, Trainers, Placement Teams, and regional staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance for team development.
- Ensure manpower planning, recruitment coordination, and employee retention within the region.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, government bodies, CSR partners, and local stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal departments for seamless project execution.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Monitor candidate mobilization, enrollment, training progress, and placement activities.
- Ensure achievement of placement targets and retention benchmarks.
- Support employer engagement and industry partnerships for placements.
- Prepare and share regional MIS reports, performance dashboards, and project updates.
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines, audits, and documentation standards.
- Track KPIs and implement corrective actions wherever required.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and new project implementation within the region.
- Support proposal discussions, operational planning, and regional growth initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Good understanding of skilling, education, CSR, or livelihood projects.

- Ability to manage multiple centers and teams simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Management, Operations, Education, or related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in operations, skilling, education, CSR, or training management.
- Experience in handling multi-location operations and team management preferred.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Experience in placement-linked skilling projects will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
