Key Roles & Responsibilities
Center Operations & Administration: Oversee the day-to-day running of the center, including asset utilization, maintaining infrastructure, and managing supplies like internet and training systems.
Candidate Mobilization & Counseling: Lead grassroots outreach and marketing to mobilize students for enrollment. Execute counseling sessions to guide candidates into suitable courses and onboard them successfully.
Team Management: Supervise and guide trainers, facilitators, and counselors. Conduct regular performance reviews and motivate the team to meet operational and training targets.
Quality & Training Delivery: Ensure high-quality delivery of educational programs in alignment with project guidelines. Monitor batch progress, evaluate student assessments, and coordinate certifications.
Placements & Career Readiness: Collaborate closely with the placement team to prepare students for the job market and connect them with hiring partners. Ensure the center hits its placement and career-readiness KPIs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with community leaders, local authorities, NGOs, and vendors to maintain center visibility and community support. Manage relationships with location owners and coordinate with higher management.
Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate Management Information System (MIS) data, daily/monthly reports, and center records. Ensure the center fully adheres to organizational policies, project guidelines, and audit requirements.
What We Do
NIIT Foundation is a not-for-profit education society established by the promoters of NIIT in 2004. Its educational initiatives expand access to learning, particularly for girls, and support sustainable career opportunities for people across a wide age range. The foundation reports large-scale impact, including more than two million beneficiaries certified in FY25 and over 80,000 young people receiving job offers.
