Conduct business analysis, identify process improvements, translate business objectives into functional and technical requirements, and lead complex cross-functional projects. Develop and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ IAM solutions, including rules, applications, workflows, reports, configurations, integrations, and low-level designs. Build Java web applications and deployment scripts, integrate with Active Directory and LDAP systems, and manage projects end to end from requirements through production deployment. Candidates should understand IAM and supporting technologies, with customer delivery experience in enterprise sectors. Experience with WebLogic, Tomcat, cloud and business applications, and relevant certifications is preferred.

Administer RSA authentication infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Integrate RSA with Active Directory, directories, and enterprise applications; enforce MFA, manage tokens, configure risk-based access policies, and maintain RBAC. Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, upgrades, disaster recovery, licensing, and security auditing. Create operational procedures for helpdesk teams. Required skills include Active Directory administration, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, DFSR, Group Policy, networking, subnetting, and authentication troubleshooting.
