Shift
timings:
1st Shift: 8AM-1 PM
2nd Shift: 1PM – 10PM.
Every
2 weeks shift will change. No shift allowance will be paid.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing Windows & Mac systems.
2. Maintaining the various computer systems
owned or operated by the company
3. Upgrading, installing, and configuring
application software and computer hardware.
4. Troubleshooting and providing technical
support to employees.
5. Creating and managing system permissions and
user accounts.
6. Providing end-user support, resolving
technical issues, and providing technical assistance for all operating systems
and applications
7. Providing in-person and remote support
through use of the telephone or remote access
8. Providing new employees with required
hardware and appropriate access to the company’s computer systems
9. Researching, designing, implementing,
configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting, and evaluating existing and new
operating systems and applications.
10. Performs diagnostics of network issues,
provides support for service desk staff.
11. Updates and maintains network documentation,
assigns Ip addresses, saves device configurations.
12. Configures network devices for new
deployments per direction of senior staff, configures replacement network
devices from backup configuration files.
13. Assists with the administration and
maintenance of IP based telephony systems, such as provisioning handsets,
setting up extensions, supporting user requests.
Skills Required
- Freshers are eligible; no prior experience required
- B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology
- Entire education must be from an English-medium institution
- Male candidates only
- Must work from the Hyderabad office
- Must sign a three-year employment bond upon joining
