Leads city and regional operations across interiors, modular furniture installations, and events. Responsibilities include vendor development, contract negotiation, project planning, site execution, budgeting, P&L ownership, cost control, client engagement, process improvement, reporting, and compliance. The role coordinates vendors, design, production, and client teams to deliver projects efficiently, profitably, safely, and sustainably while supporting operational scalability.

Leads regional revenue growth for sustainable materials in the interior fit-out, experiential design, and exhibitions ecosystem. Lead R&D for biobased, straw-based composite panels, including binder and resin development, experimental design, and mechanical, thermal, and acoustic testing. Build scalable pilot-line processes, manage external laboratory and research partnerships, collaborate with operations and product teams, and eventually lead the science organization. The role offers a remote, mission-driven startup environment with a potential cofounder equity track.
