The Regional Growth Manager will lead business growth for Biome’s sustainable materials and solutions within the interior fit out, experiential design and exhibitions ecosystem. The role focuses on building deep relationships with designers, exhibition fabricators, agencies, and brand teams while driving adoption of circular and low carbon materials in temporary and semi permanent installations.
Business Development and Revenue Growth
• Own regional revenue targets for interiors, projects
• Identify and convert opportunities across corporate offices, retail, exhibition, experiential agencies, and brand marketing teams
• Drive specification of Biome materials at design and concept stage
• Build a strong pipeline across trade fairs, expos, retail activations, and brand experiences
Designer and Influencer Engagement
• Build long term relationships with interior designers, exhibition designers, and design studios
• Conduct material walkthroughs, product demos, and sustainability storytelling sessions
• Work closely with designers to translate creative intent into buildable, sustainable solutions
• Position Biome as a preferred material partner for repeat exhibition builds
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in interior design, exhibition design, stall fabrication, or allied industries
• Strong network within the design ecosystem
• Experience working with materials, finishes, or build systems is highly preferred
• Exposure to sustainable design or circular materials is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to close projects and manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong relationship building and consultative selling skills
• Ability to speak the language of designers and fabricators
• Commercial understanding of project based businesses
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working on site when required
• Passion for design, sustainability, and material innovation
Skills Required
