The role improves processes through data, technology, and automation while driving growth, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team development in a fast-paced PeopleTech startup.

Own full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-executive roles across international markets, particularly Marketing, Media, and Tech. Advise hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, manage stakeholders, enhance candidate experience, support employer branding, and use ATS analytics to optimize recruitment. Lead process improvement and diversity initiatives, coach new team members, share recruiting best practices, and build talent pools for future needs.
