Mission
As a People Strategy Consultant at BlueQuo, you’ll support the design and implementation of people solutions that help our clients grow, transform, and create meaningful employee experiences.
This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career in HR or consulting who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and work closely with experienced professionals on projects related to organizational design, talent strategy, and culture. You’ll gain exposure to clients across industries and develop a strong foundation in strategic HR.
What You’ll Do
Project Support: Assist in the development and delivery of people strategy projects (e.g., organizational assessments, role mapping, engagement initiatives, performance frameworks).
Research & Benchmarking: Conduct market research and analysis to support client recommendations and ensure our solutions are grounded in best practices and data.
Client Collaboration: Participate in client meetings and workshops, taking notes, preparing materials, and helping facilitate discussions.
Data Analysis: Support the analysis and interpretation of HR and organizational data to generate insights on structure, performance, or engagement.
Documentation & Reporting: Help prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings and track project progress.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
3-6 years of experience in HR, consulting, or related fields.
Strong interest in organizational development, HR strategy, and people analytics.
Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and draw clear conclusions.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Miro, Notion or Power BI is a plus.
Fluency in English (C1); additional languages are valued.
Your Background
Degree in Psychology, Business, HR, Sociology, or similar fields.
Some academic or practical exposure to HR, organizational behavior, or people analytics.
