Manages engineering managers, technical leads, and developers; establishes Agile, CI/CD, code review, testing, and SDLC standards; partners with Product and Design on roadmap execution; allocates resources, removes delivery bottlenecks, and supports hiring and career development.

Manage and optimize high-volume SMS and email campaigns through launches, monitoring, testing, list optimization, deliverability tracking, and performance analysis. Use campaign data to improve ROI, conversions, engagement, and margin while maintaining dashboards and testing logs. Collaborate with campaign managers to scale successful strategies in a fast-paced, in-office performance marketing environment.

Leads product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and execution across a portfolio of companies. Oversees multiple products, internal systems, AI initiatives, automation tools, and customer experiences from concept through launch. Partners with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and executives; establishes product processes, KPIs, and scalable operating systems; and recruits and develops product teams. Success is measured through product adoption, revenue, execution speed, engineering efficiency, AI implementation, and business growth.

Design responsive web, mobile, and product experiences, including wireframes, prototypes, UI systems, landing pages, marketing funnels, and digital campaigns. Collaborate with developers, marketers, content creators, and product teams to deliver accessible, conversion-focused experiences. Optimize usability and performance, resolve UX and layout issues, manage multiple projects, and apply modern and AI-driven design workflows.

Supports client brand launches through market research, campaign planning, testing, analytics, reporting, project coordination, onboarding, documentation, and administrative operations. Monitors performance metrics, conducts A/B and market testing, presents actionable insights, coordinates timelines, and identifies process improvements while managing multiple assignments in a collaborative hybrid environment.
