Provides comprehensive executive support to the CEO, including calendar and travel coordination, meeting preparation, communications, documentation, project tracking, market research, and data analysis. The role also supports business growth through networking and BPO industry research, while managing the CEO’s LinkedIn presence by planning, creating, and scheduling content in collaboration with marketing.

Develop, customize, and optimize scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs. Manage and coordinate projects across business divisions while working closely with the Executive Director. Build client relationships, monitor performance, analyze data, prepare reports, identify business opportunities, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives. The role offers mentorship and progressive ownership of projects, clients, and partnerships in an international outsourcing company.

Provide Italian-language customer and technical support through email, chat, and phone. Troubleshoot service issues, resolve customer problems, maintain product knowledge, document interactions in a CRM, and manage multiple priorities while delivering strong customer service in the international currency trading sector.
