Supports IT product sales by providing technical expertise, understanding client needs, demonstrating solutions, developing proofs of concept, communicating specifications, and addressing customer concerns. Collaborates with sales, technical teams, and management to design feasible solutions, support delivery and acceptance testing, coach clients on deployed products, promote related services, and help close sales.
