Supports Marketing, Communication, Sales, and Scientific teams in preparing the IMCAS World congress. Responsibilities include digital analytics, partnerships, content creation, campaign tracking, registration and database management, user profile updates, AI-tool research, and occasional speaker coordination and scientific session logistics. The intern also contributes to strategic cross-functional projects and helps organize large volumes of information in an international event environment.

Leads the brand’s editorial strategy and multichannel communications, managing a five-person team and coordinating design, audiovisual, translation, scientific, and sponsor resources. Oversees editorial calendars, newsletters, social media, podcasts, magazines, blogs, YouTube, campaigns, interviews with medical opinion leaders, and congress materials. Ensures content quality, compliance, deadlines, and channel performance reporting across international markets.

Support Marketing Project Managers with digital marketing analyses, registration and database management, data cleaning and KPI tracking, operational support for strategic projects, and researching AI tools to automate processes.
