Job Description
As an Assistant Project Manager intern, you will work directly with our Marketing Project Managers to assist business development. You will play a crucial role in expanding our global reach through providing operational support for our new event formats and database enrichment. Your missions will include :
Assisting the General Marketing team with various tasks such as: assist with general digital marketing analyses, partnerships, and related data analysis
Assisting with registration needs on our database leading up to the congresses
Providing operational support for the development of strategic projects tied to our main event, IMCAS World.
Conducting research on AI tools to automate internal processes.
Data analysis to track marketing KPIs.
Adding and updating user profiles in our database.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Master's degree from a business school, with a strong interest in project management, business development, data or innovation.
You have a strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
You have a basic grasp of Excel and are comfortable with the "hands-on" aspect of data - searching for, cleaning, and organizing large amounts of information.
As we operate in an international environment, professional English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
