Lead manpower cost planning and HR controlling for Northeast Asia by performing workforce analysis, translating HR movements into financial implications, preparing manpower budgets and KPI reports, partnering with Finance and HR Business Partners, and supporting HR projects to improve processes and analytics.

Lead development and execution of Cartier Korea's integrated paid media strategy across digital, social, video, premium publishing, OOH and emerging platforms.
