Establish NVH analysis, testing, and optimization processes from design through production; perform simulation and test, diagnose root causes, deliver system-level NVH solutions, create test plans and automated analysis tools, align simulation with test data, and collaborate with electromagnetic, structural, drivetrain, and control teams to ensure industry-leading vibration and noise performance.

Lead hardware design for BLDC/PMSM motor drives: capture requirements, design control circuits and PCBs, select components, run simulations, integrate with software, oversee qualification (CVT/DVT/PVT) and EMC/EMI certification, and lead prototyping, validation, and documentation.

Lead commercial strategy and customer growth for an automotive products segment. Manage P&L and account negotiations, build product roadmaps with engineering, set global pricing, balance tooling schedules, and drive profitable customer relationships internationally.
