负责组建并领导NVH工程团队，建立驱动系统（马达、齿轮箱、总成）的NVH分析、测试与优化能力，主导从设计源头到量产验证的全流程NVH性能管控，确保产品在振动噪声方面达到行业领先水平。
岗位职责：
1，主导电机电磁噪声（如径向电磁力波、转矩脉动）、机械噪声（齿轮啮合、轴承、不平衡力）及结构振动传递路径的仿真分析与优化；
2，负责驱动系统NVH性能的测试评价、问题诊断与根源分析，并提供系统级NVH解决方案；
3，制定电机及系统组件的NVH测试方案、测试规范、数据分析流程及自动化分析工具，提升工作效率；
4，推动NVH仿真与试验数据对标，提升仿真预测精度；
5、与电磁设计、结构设计、传动工程、控制系统团队紧密协作，从源头植入NVH设计准则；
6、针对客户投诉或生产中的NVH问题，提供快速诊断与解决方案。
任职资格：
1，硕士及以上学历，电机、机械、力学等相关专业；
2，具备7年以上NVH经验，至少5年专注于电机、齿轮箱或驱动系统总成领域；
3，精通NVH仿真软件（如 LMS Virtual.Lab, Ansys Acoustics, Actran, Comsol等）及测试系统（如 LMS Test.Lab, HEAD acoustics, B&K等；
4，深入理解电机电磁激励、齿轮传动动力学、结构振动与声辐射机理；
5、具有较强的工作责任心和团队合作意识。

Skills Required
- Master's degree or above in motor, mechanical, electrical, mechanics or related field.
- 7+ years NVH experience, with at least 5 years focused on motors, gearboxes or drive system assemblies.
- Experience building and leading NVH engineering teams and managing end-to-end NVH performance from design to production validation.
- Proficiency with NVH simulation software (LMS Virtual.Lab, Ansys Acoustics, Actran, Comsol) and NVH test systems (LMS Test.Lab, HEAD acoustics, B&K).
- Deep understanding of motor electromagnetic excitation, gear transmission dynamics, structural vibration and sound radiation mechanisms.
- Ability to develop NVH test plans, test specifications, data analysis workflows and automated analysis tools.
- Strong responsibility, teamwork and collaboration skills.
