Senior Lead Engineer- 结构仿真

职责描述：

(1) 根据产品结构设计要求进行有限元模拟，如机械强度、振动噪声、疲劳、冲击响应等。
(2)根据仿真结果，对产品的结构设计进行评估，提出改进或优化方案，完成CAE分析报告。
(3) 与项目工程师/客户合作完成结构设计改进/优化。

任职要求：
1、硕士及以上学历，力学、机械等专业，具有有限元仿真项目经验。　 
2、5年以上相关仿真分析经验，熟悉仿真分析流程，理解和掌握仿真分析的基本理论知识。　
3、精通有限元分析软件ANSYS、LS-DYNA，ABAQUS等中的至少一种；　 
4、具有独立的学习分析能力，能够解决分析中出现的问题，可独立撰写相关分析报告。　 
5、较强的沟通能力，团队意识与协作精神。
