Lead regional indirect channel strategy and business development for industrial automation systems and solutions. Identify, onboard, train, and manage channel partners; establish sales governance and rules of engagement; drive partner-enabled order intake and gross profit growth; coordinate with Direct Sales, Regional Sales, and Global Channel teams; monitor KPIs, market trends, and risks; support regional/global marketing and partner co-selling to grow market share and customer satisfaction.

Design, implement, test and commission DCS/PLC control logic for power plant controls and protection systems. Perform site surveys, I/O database preparation, simulation, Pre-FAT/FAT activities, functional testing, and prepare engineering documents (FDS, CPU loading, functional safety). Lead small teams, ensure compliance with safety/security, and coordinate with customers and project stakeholders.
