Qualification : B.E., or B.Tech in Instrumentation & Controls / Electronics and communication.
Skills and Competency : DCS / PLC Engineering – Logics Generation, etc., Understanding specifications & implementation
Experience : 3 to 4 years DCS / PLC System Engineering.
- Application Design and Logics / Interlocks implementation for Power Plant Controls and Protection Systems.
- Understanding the Process Plant and DCS Logics Simulation & Testing.
- Site Survey / walk-downs for data collection and I/O database preparation, database partitioning from Third Party DCS / PLC systems
- System Design Review Meeting (SDM), Pre-FAT, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) & Cleanup After FAT / Customer inspection.
- Verification and functional testing of I/O interfaces to field devices and Supervision of control system installation, commissioning and start-up
- Compliance with internal and customer safety and security requirements and working with internal & external team members / stake holders
- Encourage smooth partnership and communication with all project partners (internal project teams, customer, and Commissioning team executives.)
- Preparation of Engineering Documents like Functional Design Specifications, CPU Loading Calculation, Functional Safety documentations, etc.,.
- Good communication Skills are expected with Customer and Internal Team Members.
- Customer focus to ensure Quality Engineering,
- Self-motivated and Self-learning.
- To be a lead in the team and ensure the completion of job.

Skills Required
